FinalExpense.org is operated by Policy Chart Insurance Services LLC (National Producer Number 19920790), an independent insurance agency. Insurance products are offered through individually licensed agents, who may work for us or for partner agencies. We are not an insurance carrier and do not underwrite or issue policies. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, or Social Security.
Licensed agents can help you review life insurance options, including final expense (whole life), other whole life, and term life insurance. All coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the issuing carrier's policy.
Quotes and coverage
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final rates, eligibility, and coverage are determined by the insurance carrier during underwriting. We do not guarantee that any particular rate, coverage amount, or policy will be available to you. Some final expense policies include a graded benefit period of up to 24 months during which the full death benefit is not payable for natural causes; your agent will explain any waiting periods, limitations, and policy terms before you apply.
Contacting you
When you submit a quote request or call us, you agree to be contacted as described in the consent language shown on the form and in our Privacy Policy, which also sets out our text message program terms and how to stop contact at any time. Calls may be recorded and monitored.
Text message program
Program: FinalExpense.org quote follow-up, sent by Policy Chart Insurance Services LLC (doing business as FinalExpense.org). After you submit a quote request and agree to be texted, we send a link or number to reach a licensed agent and reply to your messages with an automated assistant.
- Message frequency: varies by conversation; typically no more than five messages per quote request.
- Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation text and nothing further.
- Help: reply HELP, email support@finalexpense.org, or call 1 (888) 345-4079 (Mon–Thu, 10 AM – 5 PM ET).
- Your mobile opt-in information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Policy Chart Insurance Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
